WARNINGS
Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.

I have no issue with the product, it has been 14.5yrs since I started using VitABDECK. The postage with DHL can be an issue, our doorbell does nit work unless you press firmly and most delivery places do not press firmly, or press at all at times, so if you do not see or hear the driver they take it away and you need to organise re-delivery. This time I received an email from Mediplast to say it was posted Tuesday tea time and it was here the next day. No contact from DHL at all. Previously DHL had allowed my sister to pick up from depot as it is very close, once the office lady dropped it in on her way home, this time it took three delivery attempts before my sister was in the right place to see the driver. I miss the simple Austpost express satchel, quick and easy.
Easy to take and incorporates all the vitamins that I need for my medical condition. I will definitely repeat my order.
Too soon to decide if they work but the process was easy.
