I think it's great that one of your staff members rang me to check that my order was correct, as it differed from previous as the preferred item was shown on line as no stock, when I explained that to him he checked and you had stock so he updated the order so I got what i wanted. Great service in this day and age!
Service was good and fast. Don’t know why a flat box was packed in such a large box.
Easy to order arrived early.
Was quite surprised to find when ordering ,my usual supply of catheters that they were not available. No reasons given. Had to purchase the above as a substitute but have managed to use them successfully.
I find more lately the Cathathers are sticking into the packaging and require fair effort to release even after adding water Thankyou
